The purchase of any travel services offered by Luxjourni, LLC (also referred to in these terms & conditions as “Luxjourni”), constitutes a contractual arrangement between you (also referred to in these terms & conditions as “traveler”) and Luxjourni, and represents your acceptance of Luxjourni’s Terms & Conditions as set out herein. Please ensure that you have carefully read and understand the Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept Luxjourni, LLC Terms & Conditions on behalf of everyone named in your booking, and you will be deemed to have accepted Luxjourni, LLC Terms & Conditions on behalf of everyone named in your booking. You are advised to check Luxjourni, LLC websites for the latest version of the Terms & Conditions prior to booking your trip.

Purchaser and/or traveler of this tour (YOU) acknowledges that Luxjourni, LLC is acting as an independent intermediary (Travel Agent) between YOU and SUPPLIERS of goods and services which are not directly supplied by Luxjourni, LLC, such as air transportation, hotel, accommodation, ground and sea transportation, tours, tour guides, escorts, etc., and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which may result in loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Luxjourni and any organization contracting its services shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, disease, local laws, climatic conditions, war, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside their control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all the risks. Your booking shall constitute a consent to the above, and engaging Luxjourni acknowledges these conditions and agrees to hold Luxjourni blameless in making the arrangements on his/her behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.

Deposit and Payments
Luxjourni, LLC accepts payment via electronic fund transfer (EFT), and most major credit cards. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250 per person per trip is required for Luxjourni to reserve your space unless otherwise stated. On certain departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you. Traveler booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by Luxjourni and Luxjourni, LLC sends a confirmation invoice and booking number to you.

Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact Luxjourni, LLC immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Luxjourni, LLC cannot accept responsibility if it is not notified of invoice inaccuracies within 21 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Luxjourni, LLC reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.

Payments are due as per the trips confirmed schedule per the Luxjourni, LLC/Retreat website. Failure to make payments on time may result in late fees as stated in the trip details. Payment of the balance in full must be received by Luxjourni, LLC not less than 77 days before a scheduled departure with some limited exceptions set forth below. If final payment is not received by Luxjourni, LLC by the due date, traveler reservation will be cancelled and full deposit, including trip insurance, will be retained by Luxjourni, LLC.

Qualifying bookings will have the option to "hold the room" for only $50pp until August 24th 2019. The remaining $200pp of the total deposit are due September 13th 2019 in order to berth room reservations. 

PRICE

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and are calculated on currency rates and fares. Luxjourni reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departure and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect the published price.

Travel Documents
Travel Documents, including e-ticket itineraries, are sent via email approximately four weeks prior to departure provided full payment, completion of medical disclosure and emergency contact details have been received.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and cannot be made verbally. If a cancellation is received in writing by Luxjourni, LLC before the final payment due date of your trip, the non- refundable deposit will be retained in addition to any airline, hotel or excursion imposed fees or cancellation charges. The remaining balance maybe put towards a future Luxjourni, LLC event taking place within
365 days of the cancellation approval.

Travel insurance

Luxjourni, LLC offers an additional pre-departure waiver, if pre-departure waiver is declined by client it is the client's responsibility to purchase their own travel insurance. Luxjourni recommends the following travel insurance click here

room Occupancy Changes
Rates are based on the number of people in your room. Changes in occupancy will result in a rate increase or decrease depending on the type of change. Your travel agent will provide notification to the "Main Traveler" via email on file. 

The cancellation/refund schedule is as follows:

  1. All deposits are non-refundable after initial submission ($250 per person) 

  2. 55 days prior to departure date 50% of the price per person is non-refundable

  3. 29 days prior to departure date 75% of the price per person is non-refundable

  4. 14 days( prior to departure date 100% of the price per personn is non-refundable

  5. All trip packages must be paid in full 77 days prior to the trip departure date. Failure to complete your payment may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund.

In the event of a cancellation or change by Luxjourni, LLC or our suppliers, all participating guest will be entitled to a full refund including the initial deposit amount.

NOT INCLUDED

Items of a personal nature, such as telephone calls, mini bar, laundry, food or beverages outside of noted meals, alcohol, spa services, or optional activities are not included. These extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, restaurant, or service provider. PASSPORTS, VISAS, & DOCUMENTS

A valid US passport is required for all US citizens. If you do not have a valid passport, please contact your closest passport office. US or Canadian citizens do not need to obtain visas for most countries Luxjourni travel to. For all other nationalities, please consult the country’s consulate. When and if a visa is required, it is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain one. Cancellations due to lack of appropriate documents will incur usual penalties. FINAL DOCUMENTS
Final documents are issued upon receipt of final payment only and within 2 weeks of departure. Documents are not guaranteed if final payment is not received on time. Upon receipt of your documents you are responsible to check your itinerary, the spelling of your name, dates, time and other important information to ensure their validity. Should your final documents have any errors, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact Luxjourni immediately.

Liability Statement
Luxjourni, LLC, its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, or employees, shall not be held liable for any act, default, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any person or their property, howsoever arising, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, where such act, default, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience may have been caused or contributed to by defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers. You further understand that if you purchase any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked charter itinerary (including, without limitation, shore excursions and tours, however conducted, airline flights and ground transportation), these activities are operated by independent contractors; the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the third party provider for such activity; the Company neither owns not operates the third party supplier; and accordingly, you agree to seek remedies directly and only against the third party supplier and not hold the Company responsible for their acts or omissions

Choice of Law; Resolution of Disputes
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, whether brought in rem or in person, including without limitation any claim related to bodily injury, property damage or death, shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Massachusetts, USA in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then existing, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the controversy. This agreement to arbitrate does not waive or modify the liability release contained in this document. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive Massachusetts law. The dispute will be resolved by a single arbitrator who must be a lawyer admitted to practice in the courts of at least one state in the United States and have a minimum of fifteen years of experience in civil litigation. The arbitrator so described will be selected by the American Arbitration Association. Each party to the dispute shall have the right on a single occasion to veto the designation of an arbitrator so selected. The parties waive the right to rely on any state law or statute which creates an exception to enforcement of the requirement that disputes be resolved pursuant to arbitration in the manner set forth in this provision.
